Welcome to Wesley Pastoral Care and Education. We are here to meet the spiritual needs of our patients, their families and our staff, and to provide pastoral care education for those who are dedicated to the spiritual support of others.

Wish for Wheels was founded in 2004 and to date has given away 5,200 bikes and helmets to local low-income children.

We realize that when emergency care is needed, patients may be experiencing pain, stress, discomfort and worry. Our staff is dedicated to providing patients with high quality care and comfort in a timely manner.

When you schedule your joint replacement surgery, an orthopedic nurse navigator will be assigned to you to provide care and guidance before, during and after your surgery. Your navigator’s role is to help you understand your care from the moment of diagnosis to treatment and recovery. Working directly with the patient, the navigator serves as a personal guide to joint replacement care. The navigator will visit you throughout your stay and make check-in phone calls when you get home. Our team consists of two nurse navigators – Paula Hopkins and Amanda Page.
