Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Oakland, California, WESPAC began offering retirement plan administrative services to closely held businesses.

Julie Miller is our Client Relations Manager. Her excellence in human relations, communication, and customer service is a vital asset to our team. She has nearly seventeen years of management experience in banking and the financial services industry with Wells Fargo, PriMerit Bank, Norwest Bank, US Bank and First National Bank of Nevada. Julie attended the University of California at Sacramento where she studied business and accounting.

Diane earned her accounting degree in 1990 from Cal State Fresno. Through the mid-90’s, while employed by Ernst & Young, LLP, she gained a wealth of accounting and analytical experiences along with an advanced level of skill sets with various systems and analytic programs. Taking her experience in the last 15 years in the private sector, she served as both CFO and Assistant VP of Accounting with two diverse firms in the Central California region. She gained first hand working experience in the benefits industry 5 years ago by joining a former sister company of WESPAC.

Ken Roberts is a co-portfolio manager, trader and manages Wespac's covered call portfolio. He is also responsible for implementing option strategies such as protective puts, custom collars, and stock repair strategies. He has been in the securities business for over 20 years and has worked as a stock, options and futures broker as well as a branch manager for a major Wall Street brokerage firm. Ken earned NASD Series 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 56, and 63 registrations during his securities career.

Since the early '80s, Tom has embraced the vision of multi-financial disciplines in order to better serve the small and mid-sized business owners, traditional to the core of WESPAC's practice. Tom's uncanny consulting and operational skills catapulted him to be one of the most effective chief operating officers of the WESPAC pension consulting and service division by the late '80s. Tom sought other entrepreneurial opportunities during the '90s including his vision to organize a number of overseas opportunities from his adopted country of his youth in the Philippines.
