Description
Over the course of his career, Ken Woolley has been a professor, an entrepreneur and a corporate leader. As the head of WestCorp he spearheads the firm's efforts nationwide. In 1990, Ken founded and directed Realty Management, Incorporated which was ranked 45 on the NMHC 50 Largest US Apartment Managers as of January 1, 2007. He subsequently left RMI and purchased its multi-family portfolio in 2003. Ken is also the founder and chairman of ExtraSpace Storage, a publicly-traded company (NYSE: EXR) that operates on the national scale and holds an interest in over $4 billion in assets.
