Mr. Stern represents a variety of closely-held business entities, including many professional practices and technology companies. He advises them on issues ranging from determining the appropriate choice of entity to various contract and tax issues that arise, works with them on preparing shareholders and buy-sell agreements and employment agreements, and assists them in the sale process.
