Mr. Sherman, an A-rated, real-estate and corporate lawyer for over 20 years, was formerly a partner with the Little Rock, Arkansas law firm of Gill Elrod Ragon Owen & Sherman, P.A. For much of his tenure with the Firm, Mr. Sherman ran the Firm’s Real Estate Development Group, representing real estate developers nationwide. Mr.
