The city has parkland totaling 228 acres, which means there is approximately one acre of parkland for nearly every 40 residents.

Is one of St. Louis County's fastest growing cities and was incorporated in 1995. The city's 67 square miles make it the third largest city by area in Missouri. Wildwood is a master planned community that seeks to emphasize pedestrian friendly residential areas while preserving an expansive non-urbanized area. A major focal point is the Town Center, an area of 770 acres. Wildwood has been designed to be predominantly residental in nature while promoting business development within its town center.

Is an expanding residential and industrial community that has a rich, strong history. It has been identified as an industrial community from its earliest history. The city was incorporated in 1903 and occupies nearly three square miles of land. Valley Park has many social events throughout the year such as the Valley Days Festival and car show.
