Westbrook Engineering was founded in 1990 and is still owned and operated by its original owner, James E. Westbrook, P.E. "Jim" began his career in the natural gas transmission industry, designing and supervising the construction of pipelines, with associated measurement and compressor stations, both on and off shore. He later worked for the San Antonio Housing Authority that helped pave the transition to engineering light commercial and residential structures. With over 40 years of experience as an engineer, Jim is most passionate about providing the best engineering services that make the greatest difference for the most people in our community.
