I am remodeling a house from top to bottom and I have used Westco for five separate projects now. I am extremely picky about quality and workmanship if I am spending my hard-earned dollars, I want it done right the first time. Westco has been perfection and exceeded my expectations: workmanship has been excellent, craftsmen have been most polite and have made a huge effort to keep our home clean amidst all the construction. The staff has bent over backwards to be helpful and friendly. Westco has worked within my spare budget on every project and I wouldn't use anyone else. (I did use another company on my first (bathroom) project before I found Westco the workmanship was abysmal. I am disappointed every time I step in that room.) I continue to recommend Westco to every person who asks me who did the work on my beautiful home.

I know first hand the damage and heart ache that comes with bad installation and service. Westco Carpets has the most experienced and careful installers, tile and carpet, I have ever seen. Westco's installers never leave the careless damage to walls, woodwork,and doors that I have had to fix with other stores. Carelessness costs me and the home owner time and money. I have also seen how Westco takes care of their customers at the beginning of the job and through to the end. They are the best in the business. Westco has re-carpeted my whole house and I woudn't use anyone else. So easy to work with and so much more personable.

The quality of the products they offer is superior and the workmanship truly excellent. We found their products to be competitively priced and the value very high. We had tile work done both on the floors and in niches. It was practically a work of art itself. The hardwood floors were done in a beautiful and professional manner. Those who lay the tile and the hardwood take pride in their work and pay attention to details. The carpets were also laid in a timely and professional manner.The customer service at Westco is also excellent. They answer phone calls promptly, are courteous and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to recommend Westco and in fact, I did so to my sister who is currently remodeling her home and has chosen Westco to install her flooring.
