Answer We provide regular online and standup training classes. We also provide the opportunity to travel to our manufacturer locations and attend shcools. Plus, we have a tuition reimbusement program.

The supply chain goes from: Manufacturer to Western Extralite, from Western Extralite to our customers, and then our customers install the materials in America's buildings and homes.
