– Western Technologies (WT) is proud to announce that Luke Snell, PE , has joined the firm as Senior Construction Materials Engineer. Snell is the former Eminent Scholar of the Concrete Industry Management program in the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. Working out of Western's Phoenix office, Snell will be helping clients solve construction and concrete problems through his wide-ranging experience and technical expertise.

News Releases ACI NAMES CASTLES FELLOW Phoenix, AZ (March 23, 2014) – ACI recognized 26 members who have been honored with the rank of Fellow of the American Concrete Institute (FACI) at the ACI Spring 2014 Convention in Reno, Nevada. Among ACI’s new Fellows is Bryan R. Castles , a Principal and Senior Materials Engineer for Western Technologies , in Phoenix, Arizona, where he has been employed for over 17 years. Mr. Castles has over 30 years of construction quality control, construction materials testing, and construction inspection experience.
