Our Construction Manager Mark Bouldin has worked for Westmark for 11 years and has been in the construction field for over 30 years.

Steve West is the builder and owner of Westmark Construction. Steve grew up in the housing industry, working with his father’s general contracting business at a young age and supervising the construction of new homes by age 19. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Building Science from Auburn University and earned the Graduate Builder designation from the National Association of Home Builders. He has over 30 years of experience and continues to pursue further education each year to improve his skills as a custom home builder.
