Westwind Marine Construction is a family-owned business that has been building quality marine construction since 1987. Larry Maher III is the owner and is proud of the reputation that his business has earned in this area. We use quality building materials made by some of the most reputable companies in the industry including Certainteed, Vekadeck, and Rhino Deck. We know that good quality building materials will ensure that your dock or boathouse will be strong, durable and beautiful! Westwind Marine Construction specializes in dock, pier and boathouse construction, but our services also include building and repairing seawalls and shoreline stabilization. We offer construction services for residential customers as well as marina construction. Some of our completed construction projects can be seen by visiting the Project Gallery . Our service area covers the upper Catawba Lakes including Lake James, Lake Rhodhiss, and Lake Hickory. If you are outside of that area, feel free to contact us.
