Rachana Jain joined Emtec in February 2012 as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She now heads the Global Human Capital Group at Emtec which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management Human Resources and Training and Development. Ms. Jain has over 15 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, HR, Training and Operations in the IT/Consulting industry. Prior to joining Emtec, Ms. Jain was with Accenture for seven years where amongst other roles, she was the Recruitment Lead for Technology Sales in North America.
