Val Davis - Morning goober - Val Davis was born in Dexter, Mo., went to High School in Cape Girardeau Mo.(Rush Limbaugh's hometown) and started in radio at the age of 14. At 17 he was the overnight jock at KGMO in Cape Girardeau in 1977 which is the same station where Rush Limbaugh started. Val later worked for ABC Television in Houston, Tx and ABC Radio in Dallas, Tx. He also wrote for Radio World magazing for 6 years. In addition to his morning show, Val provides web design, engineering and technology expertise the Vermont Broadcast Associates group.Cindy Nichols - Middays - Cindy graduated from Florida State University in 1985 with a BA in Communications and has been a radio announcer since. In 1989 Cindy worked briefly as a traffic reporter for WPB in Florida, where she also worked in CHR, Urban, Jazz and Adult Contemporary radio formats. Cindy has been with Magic 97.7 hosting the midday show since 1995.Jeff Garfield - Evenings - Jeff is a home-grown talent, born and raised in Lyndonville. Prior to coming to Magic 97.7, Jeff owned and operated a successful DJ service where he honed his craft and developed his love and knowledge of music. He began working part-time weekends on Magic until he was promoted to the full time afternoon drive and evening show in 2004. Jeff is very interactive with his listeners, both as host of the ever-popular Magic Trivia Show, weekdays at 4:15 pm, and with his request and call-in shows from 6:00 to 19:00 pm. Before working in radio, Jeff worked in the automotive industry. He has one son (Michael) and Jeff LOVES building and racing hobby cars.Sue Aussiker - Sat. Morning - Sue is a local talent; born and raised in St. Johnsbury, she came to Magic with a background in radio, as well as legal work. Sue previously worked as a traffic manager and radio personality at a radio station in Montpelier. Sue currently works full time in the field of law, but steps up to the mic at Magic from 6 to 10 a.m. every Saturday morning, and brings more of a "rock/alternative" feel to the station. Sue's hobbies and interests? Music, music, music, and movies; but above all else, family.
