We maintain databases to determine the best lease price. Our Brokers will specifically tailor the lease to meet both the needs of the landlord and the needs of the tenant.

Brian is customer-focused and prides himself on providing the highest quality personal service to his clients. His prior experience in Real Estate involves residential and commercial property development and real estate finance. Brian has earned C-RED, Certification in Real Estate Development from the REDI Foundation and can offer Build to Suit development solutions for his clients. He is also a member of the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR).

For over 80 years, the Wheeler family has made significant contributions to the community infrastructure in Northern Colorado. The dynamic team at Wheeler Management Group, Inc. (WMG) provides a combination of high-quality brokerage and property management services, as well as outstanding customer service.

The foundation of our company is the property management arm. We currently manage over 50 retail spaces, 20 office spaces, and 30 warehouses for a total of 1,500,000 SF of commercial space throughout Northern Colorado, including Estes Park.
