Tom Bascom has been working with Progress based systems since 1988 and has extensive experience working with large scale clients to develop and manage all of the technology and processes necessary to succeed in challenging environments.

ARC Systems originally hired WSS to review our hardware configurations and recommend ways to maximize our performance.
