Description

When I was sixteen, I hurt my foot while practicing rock climbing. My injury stopped me from doing most of the things I enjoyed. I couldn't walk more than 1/4 mile. I saw many doctors including the best orthopedists and podiatrists in the area. I did not receive any relief. After suffering for a couple of years, I sought care with a chiropractor. She was the first doctor to help me. With her care I was able to walk again. At the time I was searching for a career. I wanted to do something that could help people and provide a contribution to the world. While sittng in her office one day, it dawned on me that by becoming a chiropractor I could be a benefit to the world. I then decided to enroll in chiropractic college.
