We provide confidential test burning and wick selection at no charge to our customers. Our busy lab is not only a place of assistance, but also of continual learning.

The longer wick-tabs are more expensive due to a more involved manufacturing process required to produce them and some candle manufacturers may feel that their customers will perceive the additional wax left at the bottom of the candle at the end of its burn as waste, but the more safety-conscious candle manufacturers opt for the longer tabs citing safety as one of their biggest concerns.

Wicks Unlimited's patented production machinery has been custom designed for quality, speed, accuracy, maintainability and minimal downtime. You won't find production machines like ours anywhere in the industry. From waxing the raw wick to cutting and tabbing the assembly, our production machinery surpasses that of anyone else's in the candle-making industry.

Wicks Unlimited was a newcomer to the candle industry but our founders had invested many years working in and analyzing the candle industry as well as fixating on how they could improve upon it with their expert knowledge of machine engineering and candle wick combustion. Like Edwin B. Stimpson had done some 150 years prior, Wicks Unlimited's founders started our company simply to provide a better product for our industry.
