Mr. Kang is the founder of WidePoint subsidiary iSYS LLC, which he started in 1999 and served as its president and CEO. He successfully managed iSYS from its inception to a company with gross revenues of $24M in 2008 when it was acquired by WidePoint. Mr. Kang has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate management, technology management, business development, and financial management in the field of Information Technology.

James M. Ritter has served as a director since December 1999 and served as Assistant Secretary of the Company from December 2002 until 2008. Mr. Ritter is the Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee and is also a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Ritter is the retired Corporate Headquarters Chief Information Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Prior to his retirement in February 2001, Mr.
