Wanda ’s culinary career began at an early age helping her grandmother preparing southern favorites for family and friends. Educated by her Southern grandmother, and coming from a long line of self-proclaimed chefs. Wanda started cooking from the time she could set foot in a kitchen. Her love for Southern cuisine along with Cajun and Creole cooking led her to refine her culinary skills in Louisiana. She has developed her own unique cooking style blending her Southern roots with her Midwest upbringing; while adding her new passion for French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. What makes Wanda a great modern day chef is her ability to cut the calories. Due to her years and expertise in this art, Wanda has developed a wonderful way of reducing calories and cutting fat without losing the taste in her meals. Wanda understands the importance of staying current with the methods and techniques of Culinary Arts; so she continues to take culinary classes to learn new and different techniques and trends. This Personal Chef can do it all - from a romantic dinner to a banquet; Wanda's the one to call.
