Consideration: WiggleWireless customers will receive personal and valuable information. Value may be delivered in the form of product and service enhancements, reminders, sweepstakes, contests, information, entertainment, discounts, news, messages, reminders and location-based services. Constraint: WiggleWireless provides a global "throttling mechanism" capable of managing the number of messages received by customer. Confidentiality: WiggleWireless prohibits renting, selling or sharing personal information about its customers. The Code of Conduct establishes guiding principles by which WiggleWireless, its employees and content providers conduct business.
