I have over 15 years experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing. I have a particular expertise in golf course communities as a former producer of national LPGA and PGA golf events and promotions. My family and I live in Huntersville and are long time residents of the Lake Norman area.

Charlotte is rich in history with an original loyalty to Britain. Founded in 1768, Charlotte was named after the German Princess Charlotte of Mecklenburg. Still known today as the “Queen City”, Charlotte and its surrounding suburbs make up Mecklenburg County.

Troutman, North Carolina is a small town nestled about 35 miles north of Charlotte in Iredell County. It is centrally located between Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Charlotte, providing access to a variety of jobs, services and urban amenities. With a population of just over 1,700, Troutman has been put on the map as “Exit 42” on Interstate 77 making it a popular stop for travelers seeking restaurants and hotel accommodations.

The Charlotte area is best known today for its banking institutions and its close tie to NASCAR auto racing. Bank of America and Wachovia (Wells Fargo) were founded in Charlotte and the NASCAR Hall of Fame resides in the heart of the city. In 2008, Charlotte was chosen the “Best Place to Live in America” by relocateamerica.com in its annual ranking based on factors including employment opportunities, crime rates and housing affordability.
