Evans has an extensive background in both the UK and around the world, having tended bars and cocktail venues such as Bungalow 8 UK. He even landed his dream job at LAB Bar, where he apparently discovered his passion for the industry. Though Evans is a hot commodity globally, he spends his time traveling the United States educating others on the unique cold distillation process of Oxley Gin.
