Our nannies are at least 17 years of age, are background and reference checked, and have verifiable experience in sitting. Each nanny agrees with the high standards put forth by Wildflower Babysitting. Each nanny is expected to display a fun and enthusiastic attitude while preparing for their job(s) with age-appropriate activities for your children! Wildflower Babysitting provides the complete process from start to finish with the ease of online arrangements and payment.

We require all caregivers to have some experience in their field of care. To become a babysitter, you must be at least 13 years old and you must have either taken a babysitting course or you must have at least 2 years of childcare experience. To become a nanny, you have to be at least 17 years old, you need to be certified in CPR and First Aid, you need a clean background check and you have to have at least 3 childcare-related references.
