John joined the firm in 1987. He is responsible for oversight of the firm’s tax practices. In 1987 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harding University with a BBA in Accounting and is a member of Alpha Chi National Honor Scholastic Society. His professional associations include American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arkansas and Texas Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the Texarkana Chapter of Certified Public Accountants where he served as a member of the Board of Directors. Also, he is involved in church and scouting activities.

Wilf & Henderson, P.C.’s roots go back to 1948 to a sole proprietorship established by A.L. Markham, CPA. Over the past six decades the firm has grown into a full service public accounting firm. The firm has a strong emphasis in financial and management consulting, financial statement interpretation, audits of governmental and not for profit entities, audits of businesses, and corporate and individual taxation. The firm provides a full range of services to governmental entities, contractors, auto-dealerships, and a host of other entities nationwide.

Larry joined the firm of Markham & Wilf in 1971 after graduating from Southern Arkansas University with a BBA, in Accounting. His association memberships include American Institute of Public Accountants, the Arkansas and Texas Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texarkana Chapter of Certified Public Accountants where he served as President. He served as a member of the Peer Review Committee for the Texas Society of Public Accountants for sixteen years and has conducted over 75 peer reviews of other accounting firms.
