Canadel is the leader of custom dining and is a family-owned company. We believe in manufacturing products that are hand-assembled and hand-finished in North America. All Canadel furnishings are made of North American solid birch. To protect the wood, we apply a catalyzed coating made of synthetic lacquers modified with nitrocellulose. This combination produces a finish that is highly resistant to marking and staining. Maintenance is easy—a damp cloth is all you need. We've always considered wood as a noble material and this is reflected in the final quality of all our products.

Items sold "as-is" are usually one of a kind. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Williams and Kay does not offer a warranty for these items though the manufacturer does in certain circumstances. Williams and Kay, unfortunately, cannot facilitate any warranty service on as-is items and service, repair or replacement is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Custom order items require a 50%, non-refundable, deposit. Customer cancellation of a custom order forfeits the deposit. No returns or exchanges on custom order items. Repair or replacement is guided by manufacturer warranty. Williams and Kay does not act as an arbiter agent though we will help facilitate contact with a manufacturer as an good-will effort of customer assistance.
