After practicing with another firm in Plant City, Joseph M. Williams started his own practice in 1997. The Law Offices of Joseph M. Attorney Smith-McCormick was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. She is a native of the Bay Area and has been building on her legal experience since 1999. Attorney Smith-McCormick has worked as a Legislative Assistant on Capitol Hill; a firm Law Clerk; Staff Attorney for both the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and the Second District Court of Appeal; and as an Assistant County Attorney in the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office. Attorney Smith-McCormick has experience in various fields of law including: Probate, Real Estate, Business Law, Civil and Criminal Matters (Post Conviction), Family and Appellate Law. Attorney Smith-McCormick is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a family mediator.
