We offer a complete range of services from initial project planning through to final delivery. Willis & Associates Logistics is a non-asset based logistical management company. We provide knowledge and expertise to construction firms, engineering firms, utilities, freight forwarders, custom fabricators, manufacturers and field erected equipment suppliers in the area of transportation and logistics. We operate as a traffic department to some, and a resource to others in providing the liaison between the client, suppliers and consignee. Our scope of work covers both domestic and international transportation (all modes) in handling either specific shipments or managing all aspects of a project. We provide routing guides, freight evaluations, turnkey operations, carrier selections (rail, ocean, truck), engineered drawing reviews, site surveys, route clearances, turnkey operations, export packing, transportation negotiations and freight audit on completed operations. We have completed many operations in the US, as well as in Canada, Central America, South America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe as well as the Pacific Rim.
