When I called, Gwen was very gracious and concerned about our mishap and assured us that our late arrival would not be an issue. Upon arrival, both Gwen and Bryan made us feel most welcome and the quaint cabin sitting right on the water quickly got us in that relaxing state of mind we envisioned when we booked the trip. We were very impressed with everything. It's obvious that these 2 owners take a lot of pride in their resort, as everything is so well maintained and organized. To anyone considering going that has not been there, GO, you will love it! We will definitely be back! It was very fun. The Club House was also very nice. I enjoyed the biography of of Earastus "Deaf" Smith in our cabin. He was very interesting. Also, the bluebonnets are amazing around here.
