John B. Parker, MPM has a BA degree from Alaska Pacific University. After college he taught high school for 5 years. He has been involved in the real estate industry since 1973. He has successfully marketed single family homes, large undeveloped tracts of land, subdivision lots, new construction, REO properties for lenders and mortgage insurance companies, investment properties, commercial properties, and leased retail, office and warehouse properties. In addition, he is an active investor himself. John holds a designation of Master Property Manager with the National Association of Property Managers (NARPM) and is an active member of the association on the local and national level. We strive for perfection in all our services that we provide to our customers and friends. We will make every effort to evaluate market conditions to maximize your rental or sale opportunities, advise on how to best stage your property for showing, and optimize your advertising exposure. Your property will be in competent hands with John. As a prospective purchaser or landlord you can rely on expert advice on the buying and renting process.
