Logging in from a Computer You DO NOT Normally Use? When you choose to list your computer as PUBLIC, you will need to provide your User ID, password and you will be prompted to provide your Login Security (One-Time Passcode (OTP) or Challenge Questions, if available) each time you log into your account. We recommend this setting when logging in from a library or school computer.

Error Messages - To show our Customer Service the exact error message that you are receiving, display the error message on your screen then press ALT+Print Screen on your computer's keyboard. This will transfer the image to your clipboard. Open your Word Processor and paste the selection. You can save this file and e-mail it to our Customer Service for support.

We are providing this service through CSIeSafe because of its method of maintaining the security of confidential documents. To access your Bank Statements you will be required to adopt a user name and password. Your password must be at least eight characters and contain a mix of letters and numbers.
