Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, today announced the acquisition of a new platform company, Interface Solutions, Incorporated Wind Point acquired Interface in partnership with Bill Warkentin, an executive with 27 years of experience supplying the automotive and heavy duty transportation markets, who will join the business as CEO. Bill was most recently President and CEO of Titan Automotive Group GmbH, a $2.2 billion manufacturer of assemblies and modules serving the industrial, automotive and aerospace industries.
