Mr. Hill has more than 10 years of expirence as Senior Manager and Vice President of business development for General Dynamics Corporation, Vice President of Business Development for Perot Systems Corporation and Director of Business Development for STG Incorporated Mr. Hill has successfully performed as program manager, capture manager, senior manager and vice president of business development for programs totaling at over $2billion in value over the past 10 years. Mr. Hill has more than 30 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience and more than 10 Years of experience in developing business in the Federal Government marketplace, concentrating in law enforcement and homeland security related solutions. His experience includes developing capture strategies for systems integration and services programs including customer marketing, teaming relationships, competitive analysis and technical solution consulting. Mr. Hill has capture management experience developing opportunity pipelines to include responding to competitive RFPs and ID/IQ task orders. He has practical expertise in developing solutions to law enforcement mission challenges in this context. Mr. Hill is a former senior Federal Law Enforcement Manager with extensive experience in operations management, financial planning, strategic planning, writing policy and procedures, conference planning and long-term covert investigations. He managed the Office of Operations Management for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), premier drug law enforcement agency in the world.
