Fixture Design One of the most overlooked areas in the CAD/CAM process is the holding fixture. We recognize the importance of this and design fixtures that meet the requirements of the job. If you're producing one part, or one million, the fixture is addressed while the part is designed and the fixture becomes an integral part of the process. When we develop a part design we make sure it can be machined.

CAD Modeling Woodlander Associates uses state-of-the-art product design software to insure modelling integrity and accurate data transfer to other CAD platforms. Our philosophy is based on developing a design that will in most cases become a machined part, and we will be developing the machine program. With this in mind, the parts are designed to work mechanically, aesthetically, and be producible. We can develop CAD models that range from a single part to a complex assembly of components, that will maintain their relationship to each other by parametric control of the model.
