The company originally was founded in 1997 as Creative Metrics and became very good at developing ways to assess employee engagement creatively and uniquely for each client. The hyper-focus on employees led one of the firm’s executives, Michael Stewart, to question the full engagement equation. Through study and research he ultimately realized that employee engagement with the organization is dramatically affected by the company’s engagement with the employee.

Work Effects is currently seeking a self-directed, highly motivated, fast-learning individual who is eager to take on new challenges to serve as our Industrial-Organizational Psychology Analyst Intern. The ideal candidate is a Master’s or PhD student in I-O Psychology who has experience in the professional services environment and possesses knowledge of the corporate world. We seek a combination of excellent executive presence combined with superb analytical and creative skills.
