Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Hobby Lobby The United States Supreme Court recently rendered its decision in the landmark Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation v. Burwell cases.

Enrolled allows you to enter and pay your invoice each month by setting up your personal access information (password, e-mail address, and challenge question) and providing your Concordia Plan Services account number (located at the top of your invoice) along with the name, routing number, and account number of your bank.
This plan provides coverage for active workers enrolled through a participating LCMS organization and individual participants (such as early retirees, surviving dependents, disabled members, and persons electing an extension of coverage) who are under the age of 65. (Individual participants who are age 65 and older may be eligible for the Concordia Health Plan for Medicare Members, our Medicare supplemental coverage option.) The Concordia Health Plan provides benefits for a wide range of healthcare needs.
