Arbor’s proprietary job readiness and job search curriculum, VantEDGE—Principles of Success is built on the philosophy of self-sufficiency and personal responsibility. VantEDGE emphasizes the importance of work and reinforces the idea of personal responsibility. It is strength-based, encouraging customers and helping them to identify and build upon their skills. With an open-entry/open-exit format, VantEDGE allows greater freedom for customers to begin immediate job search activities, and to move into employment the moment it becomes available. Our case management approach is built on customer choice, helping customers take ownership of their job search and job retention processes.
