World Academy offers a limited number of scholarship opportunities to new students applying to First through Eighth Grade. The Scholarship application is available through the Admissions Office. For families who have demonstrated a long-standing commitment through involvement in the school community, the Tuition Assistance Program exists to provide financial support in the event of an unforeseen financial crisis and hardship. There is an implied obligation to support the school that is expected from the families receiving assistance.

World Academy’s 21st century curriculum fosters and facilitates its students’ exploration of the world while letting each student’s natural curiosity allow him/her to endlessly inquire and think about the what, why, and how. Our inspired teachers provide an environment rich in knowledge and diversity, carefully designed to maximize on the potential of each student. We espouse an atmosphere of respect and empathy to allow each student to develop at his/her own pace, while stretching the bounds of his/her imagination, empowering each with the knowledge that there are no limits to what can be achieved. This is what sets World Academy apart from other schools. We are committed to providing an innovative 21st century education to students of all ages and stages to fully develop the “whole” child.

The Preschool Threes Program at World Academy is a year round, full day program with the option to bring your child 2 to 5 days per week. Child to teacher ratios are 8:1, with a maximum class size of sixteen. The pre-school program is as diverse in scope as the children enrolled in the program. The program is geared towards helping each child develop habits of observation, questioning, listening, and an awareness of feelings. The curriculum focuses on the right of each child to express those feelings in a positive manner by channeling them into appropriate means of expression. Each child learns to make choices for him/herself and begins to develop an understanding of the world. An open-ended program such as ours prepares children to utilize their intellectual and creative abilities in future learning tasks and decisions. Each child learns at a different rate in a different way...but every day is a day of learning because the program is tailored to fit each child (not the other way around)!.

The Infant program at World Academy is a year round, full day, five day a week program. Ratios are kept very small in this program, with a maximum room capacity of twelve, which allows our teachers to provide much one on one time with each child. Our teachers are the key to making the program a safe, nurturing environment that will enable your child to develop physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually. The infant room is designed with your child's safety in mind. When an environment is safe, children can explore, test new skills and investigate their world without interference.
