Steven Solinsky is Senior Director of Finance for Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS), whose goal is to provide community health centers with the resources needed to provide high quality, community-based primary care to anyone in need regardless of ability to pay. He is responsible for the oversight of all financial aspects of CHCANYS at more than 60 federally qualified health centers with approximately 600 sites throughout the state. Previously Mr. Solinsky was Director of Finance and Administration at Teach For All (an organization whose mission is to expand educational opportunities internationally), Director of Finance for Doctors Without Borders USA, and Chief Financial Officer of The Children's Aid Society. He received his Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from State University of New York College at Cortland.
