We believe in fair profit for a quality service. We will confirm to our clients, through our actions that, "We understand we are an extension of your business and must represent you as if we are you. Our ability to earn a profit and pay a fair wage depends upon the quality of our service we provide to you and your confidence in us.

Claims are handled directly between the shipper and World Warehouse & Distribution. All claims must be filed with World Warehouse & Distribution within 90 days of delivery. Always make your consignee aware that they should be as clear and concise as possible in noting specific damage on the delivery receipt. Any damages to the goods must be noted while the carrier representative is present. The carrier representative will note the damage at the time of delivery and notify his office of the damage and provide your client with a confirmation number that the goods have been reported as damaged.

World Warehouse has extensive experience in the transfer, storage & distribution of malt beverages and other perishable products. We also sort returned bottles, kegs and pallets before returning them to the breweries.
