You may receive a prompt replacement, an account credit or refund if the product you purchased does not function according to manufacturer's specifications. Before returning any item please call our Customer Service at 925-820-4900 or email at returns@wosv.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be authorized by World of Sound & Vision within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, the manufacturer's warranty process (if any available) must be followed.
