Wrabacon Designs Dual Feed Magazine For Large Dairy Company Wrabacon, Inc. designs and manufactures a wide variety of quality and innovative custom product handling systems. Wrabacon Inc., celebrates 25 years of providing automation and custom product handling to a variety of industries. In 1986 two senior corporate engineers determined there was a need for a company to provide custom product handling and automation to the food, packaging and consumer goods markets. Both engineers with a combined 60 years of experience founded Wrabacon Inc., in a small garage in Oakland Maine. With just two employees Wrabacon provided custom solutions in automation and product handling.

Ice Cream Manufacturer Problem: Eliminate repetitive motion in a hand palletizing operation. Solution: Wrabacon custom designed and manufactured a stainless steel box stacker and stainless steel conveyor system. The system was designed to receive boxes from an automatic taper (by others). The stacker up stacked two boxes and then transported them to a transfer. The transfer then pushed the stacked boxes 90 degrees onto the stainless steel conveyor, which is located in a storage freezer, for delivery to the palletizing area.
