Wright Property Management is a family owned and operated community management company serving the greater Memphis area since 2005. We provide professional residential and commercial association management, as well as maintenance, cleaning, and doorperson services to many of our clients. Wright Property Management's leadership team has over 100 years of progressive and diversified experience in property management. Special expertise in Project Management, Planning and Organization. Extensive experience in developing budgets, reserve planning and cost containment. Reputation for increasing ownership value through interacting and working with owners, vendors and staff.

Mario is one of the co-founders along with Mr. Noell of WPM in 2005. Mr. Lara is also a principal in SEFRA, LLC. and has worked with Hospitality Consulting Group and Wilson Conference Center Group. In 1992, Mario helped form and worked as VP of Sales for a construction company, building modular building systems in the U.S. and Mexico. Mario worked over 30 years in the hospitality industry including The Continental Companies and Holiday Inns, Inc. receiving General Manager of the year on two occasions.
