Our online reporting and tracking system allows you to instantly check data on work in progress (WIP), process control monitor (PCM) information, or yield management.

X-FAB’s approach in meeting the automotive quality goals is based on more than 15 years of experience in wafer manufacturing for the automotive industry. Automotive ICs work in harsh environments and have to fulfil rigorous automotive quality standards. X-FAB provides dedicated process technologies for automotive usage. The environment is mainly characterized by special voltage and junction temperature ranges.

The CX08 Series is X-FAB's 0.8 micrometer Modular Mixed Signal Technology. Main target applications are standard cell, semi-custom and full custom designs for industrial, telecommunication and automotive products - including the 42 V board net. Based on a state-of-the-art single poly double metal 0.8 ?m drawn gate length N-well process for digital applications, various process modules are available for high performance analog and high voltage circuits.
