The XL Project Engineers, Managers and Project Superintendents: For each project, we create a team of engineers, managers and superintendents carefully selected to meet your specific construction needs. The XL General Superintendents: Without a doubt, some of the most experienced Superintendents in the industry. In particular, our General Superintendents have extensive experience with ground-up construction in the healthcare, biopharmaceutical, and microelectronics markets. XL MEP Management: XL recognizes that the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) portion of work can represent more than 50% of a project's value in the kind of projects we specialize in. As a result, we have dedicated MEP professionals, with varied experience in control systems, HVAC high purity water systems, cGMP piping, refrigeration, and electrical systems. And an on-staff licensed mechanical engineers who manage our MEP services. XL Safety Department: We maintain a site-specific safety plan for each project, and we provide mandatory safety training programs for all our employees and subcontractors.
