Corporate Overview XOMA is a leading biopharmaceutical company in the field of therapeutic antibody discovery and development. We have a royalty interest in one approved therapeutic antibody, RAPTIVA® (efalizumab), which is marketed in the United States, Europe and elsewhere, for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis under an agreement with Genentech, Inc. as a result of a prior collaborative product development program. We also have royalty interests in additional therapeutic antibody product candidates being developed by others as a result of licensing our technologies. XOMA’s pipeline includes both proprietary products and collaborative programs at various stages of preclinical and clinical development primarily directed toward treatments for cancer and immune disorders. XOMA has contributed key innovations to the field of therapeutic antibodies. Today we possess an exceptionally broad technology platform for the discovery, optimization and manufacture of therapeutic antibodies as well as a fully integrated product development infrastructure for antibodies and other biologics.
