Our business relationship started in 2008 with your company moving some phone lines from one location to the next. In 2009 I called to have some computer issues resolved. After having 3 service calls at the end of 2009 for computer software issues, I signed up for your block hours program and I haven’t looked back since. We have been extremely satisfied with the prompt response and the caring attitude of your company and technicians. I think Ethan has come for more service calls than anyone else, but, everyone has been knowledgeable and efficient.

Katie holds a bachelors degree in psychology and brings several years experience in high performance organizations to ensure our customers have a vocal advocate watching over their interests. Katie is responsible for the processes and standards that set our service above the rest.
