Description

Founded in 2004, OpenSymmetry is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with offices across the world. We provide sales compensation consulting for businesses and organizations of all sizes with end-to-end performance management solutions.

While other vendors seek to enable the traditional sales cycle, or create a suite that lightly addresses a range of needs, we provide a cloud-based solution that fully addresses the end-to-end challenges of designing, managing, and maximizing the value of incentives across every employee in your enterprise.

Everything we do is about achieving total CUSTOMER SUCCESS . We are committed to delivering products and services that make our customers thrive. We hold ACCOUNTABILITY and integrity at the core of everything we do. We are personally accountable for our actions to our customers, our partners, and to each other. We foster an environment of teamwork and mutual RESPECT . We respect our peers, our customers, and our partners. We respect diversity and openness. We are passionate about innovation and quality; we demand EXCELLENCE in everything we do.

Customer focus is key at Xactly! Our leaders know that our reputation and commitment to clients sets us apart from competition. Being part of a department so valued by our executives, and the company as a whole, makes it a very exciting place to work. Our support and success teams are constantly developing, and filled with opportunity. As our customer’s needs become more sophisticated, our employee’s advanced skills continue to become more important.

The Santosh Charitable Trust is an organization that aims to provide destitute children with an opportunity to realize their fundamental right to a better life. The charity aims to provide children with an environment where they are nurtured and educated, equipping them for the future. Santosh Children's Home houses thirty-five children aged between four and fifteen years from various cultural backgrounds. As a part of our XactlyOne event, we contributed funds to the Santosh charity that were used for Christmas and New Year celebrations at the facility.
