Description

Antonius Schuh joined Trovagene in October 2011 as Chief Executive Officer and was elected as a Director in December 2011. Dr. Schuh co-founded Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company developing monoclonal antibodies, in January 2006. Dr. Adams served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Leucadia Technologies, a privately held medical-device company, from 1998 to April 2006, when Leucadia was acquired by IRIS. In 1989, Dr. Adams founded Genta, Inc., a publicly held biotechnology company in the field of antisense technology, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 1997. Dr.

In the course of providing laboratory services, Trovagene uses PHI internally and discloses it to health care providers (doctors requesting services, laboratory personnel involved in ordering services and other caregivers), insurers, third party administrators, plan sponsors and other payors (employers, health care provider organizations and others who may be responsible for paying for or administering your health benefits); vendors, consultants, government authorities; and their respective agents. Gary S. Jacob has served as a director of our company since February 2009. Since July 2008, Dr. Jacob has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. and as Chairman of a subsidiary of Synergy from October 2003 until July 2008. Dr. Jacob currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Jacob has over twenty-five years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries across multiple disciplines including research & development, operations and business development. Prior to 1999, Dr.

Michael Terry has twenty-five years of experience in medtech and life science technology, including significant experience in the diagnostic and genetic analysis fields. Mr. Terry has held key management roles in companies in all phases of commercialization including start-ups, early commercialization, and industry leaders. Most recently, Terry served as President of Ligand Diagnostics, an early stage diagnostic start-up company that successfully developed technology for the newborn screening market.
