Mr. Sastry has around 30 years of experience in the Human Resources Development with world class organizations in Information Technologies and Pharmaceutical Industries. His journey began with Raptakos, Brett & Co. Ltd., a Multinational pharmaceutical company as management trainee and later held various positions in Human Resource Management and Operations. He Heads every function other than Technology at Xinthe, India. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Post-Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.

Mr. Sridhar founded Xinthe Technologies in 2001 with just 2 members. He has over 28 years of strong experience in Information Technology and software development with major IT conglomerates. He worked more than 15 years in USA with major customers of Infosys and, later associated with KSA and Reebok worldwide as Sr. Director - Application Development.
